The divorce date for Ronald and Marjorie was determined by Bart's noting that it occured when he was age 6 years. The precise details should be determined.

Futhermore, it should be determined when he married and divorced his second wife and when he married his third wife.

Apparently, Ronald is buried very close to his father and his tombstone reads "Lynn." Helen Linn believes that Ronald followed his dad's lead on changing the spelling of the last name. The problem with her belief is that Howard spelled his name as Linn (00838:58). (01062:1) Need to figure out if he's really buried next to his dad and learn more about the Lynn vs. Linn spelling.

Source 01904 has Clara married to a Wagoner and is in contradiction to sources 1897 and 1206-1208 that indicate Clara married a Jackson. Was she perhaps married to a man named Jackson before she was married to Mr. Wagoner?

Eldon noted to his son Brian in a confirming telephone conversation (on 2/19/2001) that he was delievered by a femal doctor. He said he would locate his birth certificate and provide some additional information from it.

In regard to his circa 1935 employment, perhaps it would be possible to find out exactly when Hazel was employed and on projects or at what geographic location he worked.

In regard to his circa 1936 employment, this date is circa because his children, who were quite young at the time, did not recall the exact dates. Perhaps school board records for Audubon County (Viola Township) could be examined to learn when Hazel was employed. See sources 01907:2 and 01908.

Regarding the property purchased in the summer of 1950, obtain a copy of the deed for this property and check for both its purchase and sale.

His marriage certificate lists his occupation as farmer at the time of his marriage but does not list by town, county, or state where he was farming. Presumably, he was farming in his county of residence, Audubon; however, this matter should be examined.

Her marriage record indicates that she was born in Estelle, Nebraska but that town hasn't been located on a Nebraska map, in any county. Other information (00840) indicates that it was in Hayes County, Nebraska.

1860 IL census lists her as Mary (source 1417). Portrait and Biographical Record lists her as Elizabeth (source 01912). Since parents moved to Illinois immediately after their October 9, 1856 marriage (source 01912) we would think she was born in Illinois.

The 1860 census (source #01417) states she was born in Pennsylvania however the Portrait and Biographical record (source #01912) states her parents came to Illinois in 1856 and she was born in 1859. Also her son's (George) birth certificate (source #01953) states she was born in Yorksville, IL.

1860 Illinois census states he was born in PA (source #1417). Portrait nd Biographical Record (source 01912) states he was born in Kendall County, Illinois. This would seem true as same record (01912) states his parents married October 9, 1856 and left immediately after their marriage for Illinois.

Kathryn Switzer Steinberg states Alice was in her class at school. This would put her birthdate about 1917, but confirming evidence is needed. Harriett Linn Rabb states that Alice was adopted by Sadie and Maurice. Kathryn Switzer Steinberg states Alice was adopted. Much to research on this.

Arnold John Linn's delayed record of birth (source 2022) shows that he showed a record of marriage issued by County Cler, Ford Co., IL and was married May 14, 1927. We do not know for sure that this was his marriage to Florella but think it to be true because we have no other information stating he was married more than once.

Joan Reichel, grandmother, who provided the inforamtion for the family group sheets knows that Scott Jr. was born between Tabitha and Rita.. She thinks he would be about 8 years old as of this date (July 4, 2001).
