She married Charles Brace Switzer in Piper City, Ford Co., IL, March 9, 1904.⁽⁹⁷⁸⁾ Charles was born in Piper City, Ford Co., IL October 19, 1875.⁽⁹⁷⁹⁾ Charles was the son of Henry Hercules Switzer and Anna Weir Gibson. Charles died November 3, 1964 in Piper City, Ford Co., IL, at 89 years of age.⁽⁹⁸⁰⁾ His body was interred in Piper City, Ford Co., IL, Brenton Cemetery.⁽⁹⁸¹⁾ He was a student in Dixon, Lee Co., IL. (Source 01934:12) Kathryn Switzer Steinberg relates that her mother, Bessie, weighed 2 1/2 lb at birth. Her head fit in a tea cup and her mother's wedding ring fit on her wrist. At six months of age she weighed 6 lb.⁽⁹⁹²⁾

Brown in Bloomington, McLean Co., IL, November 29, 1933.⁽⁹⁹⁶⁾ Gwendolyn was born in Kempton, Ford Co., IL August 19, 1911.⁽⁹⁹⁷⁾ Gwendolyn is the daughter of Harvey Milton Brown and Clara Lillian Drew.

William served in the military.⁽⁹⁹⁸⁾ William's occupation: Mail service.⁽⁹⁹⁹⁾
