She married Titus B. Rosser.⁽¹⁵³⁷⁾ (Additional notes for Titus B. Rosser⁽¹⁵³⁸⁾) Clara and Titus lived in Mill Hall, Clinton Co., PA in 1901 (01409:18). __________________________Further Research Required A problem exists with her birth year; sources 00947:9 and 01409:18 which indicate that her mother died in 1855 and that she was born in circa 1859, an impossibility.

Clara E. Crispen and Titus B. Rosser had the following children:

470 i. Thomas B.⁵ Rosser⁽¹⁵³⁹⁾. According to source 01409:28, at one time he lived in Williamsport, PA.

471 ii. Virginia Rosser⁽¹⁵⁴⁰⁾ was born in Mill Hall, Clinton Co., PA 1889. Virginia died June 6, 1974 in Chatanooga, Tenn., at 84 years of age. She married Robert E.
